EITHER THE COMPANY IS DISHONEST OR THEIR SALESPERSONS ARE NOT AWARE OF THE DEALS BEING OFFERED

On their website, they are advertising Renault Dusters with up to R50 000 deal assistance.

As a result I lodged a query, they were very quick to contact me and connect me with one of the Bloemfontein branches.

To my dismay, the salesperson from the Bloemfontein tells me that the 2017 Renault Duster 1.5 diesel (the more expensive version to the 1.6 petrol they offering) only has a R20 000 deal assistance and that it has already been worked into the price being advertised of R250 000.00

When I emailed to say that cannot be the case as they are then in essence selling a almost 2 year old car, with an old shape for R270 000 (if we add back the deal assistance) when a brand new one costs R283 000. I never received a response to my email.

When the head office phoned to follow up about my experience I said I was unhappy and explained the above, that they are either delivering false advertising, or their salesman doesn't know what he is talking about.

Her response was "Oh, well I hope you come right with another dealer." No attempt to explain or save the sale.

So yes, thank you, I will take my business elsewhere.
