Disgruntled with process

I bought a 2019 polo vivo comfortline and made a trade in for my 2015 polo vivo and this transaction was concluded with my vehicle finance on 06 May 2023. To this day the 24th of May I have not received the 2019 polo vivo whereas the 2015 polo has already been sold to another customer while Iam stuck paying insurance on a vehicle i have not taken over. When i went to auto pedigree I was informed that I should make alternative means of transport whereas i live quite far and this will not be possible. This is the third car I have bought from auto pedigree and even though I do commend the sales person Hendrick Venkile for trying his best to always assist me everytime i had to write this review as I feel i have been understanding too long and really struggling with transport and unfortunately this is the last time Iam buying a vehicle here as I have really waited too long for one vehicle as Iam informed it is still being worked on. Iam even doubting the reliability of the car at this stage. Auto pedigree please treat your customers as priorities and with the respect and dignity we deserve.
