Disappointed client

This is my second complaint about them. My issue is still not sorted out. My car came back for the 2nd time. Nothing had been done about the body issues that was pointed out. They **** saying it's ready for collection but when I go nothing is sorted. The branch manger Robert is not interested to talk about the issues. For the 3rd attempt not sure what's going to happen as they don't inform me about the next steps. Please ignore purchasing anything for them as they don't keep to there promises. I bought the car first payment has been deducted driven it once. How is that for enjoying my car. I am disgusted
