****** in suits

I write this after numerous attempts with Auto Pedigree. I bought my Hyundai i20 in December 2015. The car was not up to standard as when I took it for its first service in February I had to replace a lot of things in the car (the wipers, the brakes). In April my car stopped changing gears and had to be taken in. I sit here paying for a car I've owned less than six months, has broken down and I'm unable to use it. Auto Pedigree takes no responsibility and they claim it's the way I drove the car that caused it to break down. I'm not a first time driver, I'm certain I know how do drive a car. I just want Auto Pedigree to own up and fix my car. I'm paying exuberant amounts on this car that they gave me and I am disappointed in the service I have received. Bought my car at the Branch in Westgate, the manager has been of no use treating me like a fool.

We will be forwarding your complaint to Mr. Taelo Tshoke. He is the Regional Manager for the region under which the Westgate branch falls and we will request him to get involved and to supply feedback on the complaint.

We hereby wish to advise that following a detailed investigation with Hyundai, we are unfortunately not in a position to assist with the repairs of the clutch on your vehicle. We received a formal report from Hyundai confirming that the damage caused was not due to mechanical failure but driver technique. We questioned the report, but Hyundai remained adamant that that is the case. Please understand that as much as we would like to assist with this matter, we are not in a position to do so.

We trust you understand our position in this regard

Regards,
