Good day<br> <br> This is a joint email going to Kia and Auto Pedigree.<br> <br> I am really needing to resolve some major issues i have found regarding both of your companies, generally bad service, lack of communication, lack of customer support and mostly an inability to perform the tasks both your companies advertise as being specialists in.<br> <br> I will start at the beginning so that you may have a full view of my issues:<br> <br> I purchased my car from Autopedigree in Centurion on the 29th of August 2013. It is a Kia Picanto 1.0 2011 model white reg no: BD 73 YZ GP.I picked up the car at the Premises. I drove home, and once there, when trying to lock the doors, i realized that the central locking didn't work. i called my sales consultant from Autopedigree at the time, Mpho, straight away. he said that it was no issue and that he would organize to meet me at Kia so we could send the vehicle in to be assessed. At this stage my car would unlock all the doors remotely but couldn't lock the doors.<br> <br> My vehicle has since then been to Kia Centurion a minimum of 4 times with many an excuse including, we need to send the vehicle to the technician specialist (this excuse i etc
