Complaining

I bought a vehicle from Auto Pedigree last year 2019 first thing the salesman wasn't communicating with me about the process I was the one who was doing follow up and I only got the vehicle after 3 weeks and they said that it was at Panel shop I was not happy about it because I picked up that Tyre we're not in good condition was 2mm trend, the battery was not good as they jump started the vehicle, there was no service history/book the clutch is faulty the vehicle was smelling, shock, are not in good condition spray paint, they advised me that I must bring the vehicle back in the following week and I did they only replaced the battery and the front 2 tyres other issues they didn't fix they told me that the vehicle is old there's nothing they can do about it I haven't got any sort of confirmation regarding with number plate as I'm getting fines from the traffic offices vehicle is still under the previous owen license disk expired on August 2019 the price the vehicle was R108 800 if they can take back their vehicle I'll be happy before it gives me more problems
