Bought a second hand car which had a damaged body
I bought a second hand car a Ford Figo 2011 1.4 Ambient silver which had a damaged body. I'm in a process to trade it in and it's discovered that the body of the car has been re-spryerd which means the car could have been in an accident before. My complain is that I was never told this when I bought the car I'm only seeing it now when the Ford dealers look at the car they see all these problems which now blocks me from trading it in.

How can I go by in fixing this problem. I was advised by one Ford dealer I went to for evaluation that I should have been told and given documents stating what was wrong with the car when I bought it.
