bought a car with Auto pedegree

i bought a car with you guys two days down the line the tyre gave me a problem it was always flat, brake pads were making noise. i reported the matter via email to the sale person who was selling me the car. on Sunday i had to go replace the tyre with my own money. as i am talking i have not received my spare key even today. i just want know how do you guys operate.
