Bad services after sales not willing to help
On the 29th Jan 2016 i bought a 2014 Nissan Almera looks good and was less than 50 000km,all went well until the 16 Marc 16, on our trip to E/Cape we had a brake down.had a multifunctioning Light Indicator sign showing which the technician from Nissan told me its overheated ..To my surprise no overheating indication on the dash or speedometer as should be indicating.Petrol attended on the 16th and17 th March they check everything hence we traveling from Cape Town to Eastern Cape.As we speak i have no access to the car. Between Nissan and Auto Pedigree no one is willing to help neither asking for footage's of the feeling stations on the days which i told then i can request them as water was filled up.
I'm paying for the extra transport as i work night shift and study which its too much for me. Now I'm told i have to pay for repairs of the Engine.Nothing was done to check was there a fault for the car not to indicate or notify of the heating. They are treating the case as if its a toast or broken 2 burner stove.this is a car less than 2 months i have it.First time traveled more than 50 km with on that date and suddenly overheat..
