Bad service! Regreting my purchase!!

I bought my car at Auto Pedigree Gezina 6 March 2015.<br> they told me to bring the car back the following week for smash & grab and to correct anything I am not happy with and they will correct it and it wont take longer than 4 days..<br> So that's what I did, I returned my car the next week 16 March 2015 and expected it back 20 March 2015 (after 4 days)<br> today, 7 April 2015, I still don't have my car back (23 days later) more than 3 weeks!<br> the fact that I'm waiting this long is crazy, yes but the worst part is that I am the one phoning , asking, complaining the whole time, and every time I phone they tell me\ It will be here tomorrow"I have not received 1 phone call from their side for any updates.<br> I have paid my insurance already and the once off joining fee"
