BAD SERVICE EVER

hi in February my father bought a car at auto pedigree everything go smooth the deal was thru the car past the test with the wrong tyre when i show them about the that they say they will sort it out and he still waiting for the car registration till now the say he must come friday but nothing happen im getting fine from the traffic he cant even go to the the Eastern Cape this people use our old people to make money with their empty promises
