Bad service
We agreed on a Mazda 2 and was told to wait for finance approval. Next thing they return to me saying they gave the car to someone else, how do you make an application whereas the car is being busy for another customer. Next I'm told to choose another car whereas I chose already. They messed up my credit rating after I put my trust on them. This is not professional.

[07/22, 13:19] Jonas LinkedIn Cars: Lol I did make it for tht car,I just got aware when we sent your documents for validation bcz only our manager are authorized to send in docs for validation, so he only told me then that Ernest was bzy with it and his client got validated on Saturday
Is this acceptable though
