Bad Service

If you want to buy a car. Do not bother your self to go to Autopedigree Florida Glen, they are very good when you are still looking, but get the deal aproved with them they will show you true colours when you have problem. I received call last month from them, the lady told me that my scratch and dent policy is about to expire am i still continue with it? I told the lady that due to their bad service i can not continue with it. I have claimed about scratches on my car, they only call and say someone will call and arrange to come to check it and do the process. I have been waiting since 2017 no one get back to me. I end up requesting it to be cancelled but they are still debiting. Two weeks back I call Autopedigree Florida Glen and explain that i receive a call from them about scratch and dent policy but there was no confirmation to say it is going to be cancelled or not, then the lady transfered me to the manager, the manager's tone of voice was sounding as someone who is not interested to talk to me, he just take my number and name and say they will call me and unfortunately my phone was on speaker when calling them, people who where arround me even comment and say this people dont sound like they will assist but if you where saying you want to buy a car they where going to act fast. Until today there is no call from them and the scratch and dent policy are the one who sell it to me when buying a car. Now is two years without any assistance I even send two customers to buy from them before but this is their thank you to me. May you please kindly cancell your scratch and dent policy since it never worked for me and i will never ever come to Autopedigree again. I am scared.
