Bad customer service
I sent my car for repair at auto pedegree repair centre at bellville.. for 2 weeks delay due to spare parts ordered which should arrive for the repair, they parked my car under very hot sun, to the point where my vehicle got some damages. I wrote a complaint letter to them yesterday but I am still waiting for their reply.

Thank you for your professional opinion with regard to the damage that occurred to the interior of my vehicle, however, you did not mention anything about the headlights which also were affected by the exposure to the sun.
Wouldn't you have anything to say about that as far as liability of your establishment is concerned?
