BAD BAD BAD

I bought a Renault Stepway on 12 Oct 17 received it on 18 Oct 17 and it was registered on 9 Nov 17 with 23352 km I had to but my own no plates on as they don't have a pop rivert gun the front no plate casey was broken the arial was broken and there was some dents on the passanger side when I afront them with this I was told because I didn't pay the almost R12000 on road policy they can do nothing for me. I took the car in for service on 27362 km and the car need brakes and brake pads there response is that is wear and tear which is according to me impossible The reason I didn't check the car between the 18 Oct and 9 Nov 17 is my husband was very sick and he passed away on the 30 Oct 17 and only after that when I saw the bend and the broken arial and no plate casing I went back to them and I was told sorry we can do nothing for you you didn't buy the R12000 on road policy
