Awful client service just to meet sales target

So I bought a car at Auto Pedigree Krugersdorp. I had intended to collect the car about 3 days later when the sales person at the branch asked me to come a day to sign some documents which resulted in me having to change my collection to fit the sale's agent monthly sales stats. Not only that, the sales agent delivered that wasn't 100% as per my consumer rights. I've e-mailed the branch manager and the sales agent but they didn't respond to my e-mail. I'm now running around after the sales agent to fix some parts of the car which he said he will fix. For a first time car buyer they've ruined the experience for me and I won't be trading in the car at that dealership years to come.
