Autopedigree, worst company in South Africa

Worst service in history. I bought a car in June 2020 from Autopedigree Germiston and the Manager by the name of Pleasure Ramunenyiwa promised that I will get a spare key and a disc for the car registration within two weeks. 9 months later after an Ombudsman case and numerous calls I still haven't had the matter resolved. Their legal person Danie Snyman was also not helpful because he insisted that they resolved the matter, he did not even try to reach out after I explicitly explained that the matter has not been resolved. I advise people not to use autopedigree, their management does not care. Their complaints department does not exist and their Branch Manager is a joke, he needs to get money from his primary school, even a 5 year old could have handled this better.
