Auto pedigree--what an embarresment.

I just need to inform all my fellow western cape buyers of the bad service I received from dealing with auto pedigree, branch in vredendal. I bought a car from them in 2018. As it was my first car I was very excited and could not wait to drive it. As the first problem appeared I should have known that it was the worst decision in my life to buy from them at first we bought the car in early November and was it a struggle for them to get the car to me. It took them literally a month after various calling and going in to the store about why I do not have the car yet and yet the first payment of insurance and the car was already deducted from my salary a week there after I finally got it. It took them another month to get the car registered in my name after many calls and making a lot of effort to the store just to speed things up, the manager totally ignored all my messages. After a month I received the car it started giving problems to start, we had to literally push the car as it did not want to start and as you all know the hectic traffic in cape Town! What an embarresment that was. After going to them with the problem it took another month for them to actually change the battery after we had to inform them that we are going to the ombudsman and just as you know they took another car on the floor's battery to restore ours on that Saturday we finally get to go to the store and believe me we wanted to leave that **** there. I've had it with the lack of service of the company now after 1 year and 3 months I am still waiting for the spare keys. They still cannot answer me about the whereabouts and everytime I get a chance to go to the store they come up with various of excuses. Please spare yourself any of these complications and do not buy from auto pedigree as after my shared experience I came across a lot of people who just as much had allot of complaints and some similar. I admit that I was a very young buyer and maybe that is the reason they could play so many tricks on us. But sure as hell I know now to never ever buy from them again or encourage other buyers to go there!!!
