Auto Pedigree selling a car with footprint of bodyfiller and with no color marching (Accident damaged car))
I bought a Kia Rio in February 2022 Auto Pedigree Rustenburg then a week later on the same month the car started to have a funny sound from the back and we took the car back to the dealer and we noticed that there was no color marching on the front door of the passenger and we suspected that the was once involved in a accident. Ohk then the manager never took us serious because he was just seeing a young powerless lady. we became serious regarding the irritating sound from the back then they took the car for a check then they found loose object on the boot inside the door. ohk then last year 2023 i got a dent on the passenger front door then i too it for repair that's when they discovered that the car had footprint of bodyfiller on it. we logged a complain back to the manager then he said he will investigate but the guy never did because we are the one who always have to call for update then we requested him for email trains of the communiques regarding the investigation if the car was ever involved in an accident but the guy refused and said he cant help. is auto pedigree selling accident damaged cars? why is the Rustenburg manger treating people like a 5cent that fell out of his pocket is it how he is treating his customers who are suppose to be auto pedigree family. late last year i wrote an email to Auto pedigree SA and i never got any help and mind you i have all the email trails of our communication.
