Auto Pedigree Port Elizabeth Incompetence

We bought a VW transporter form Auto Pedigree Port Elizabeth and we just have problems on problems. Everytime that they say they sort something out it’s just lies. We sent in the transporter for dents and scratches then the vehicle came back with more damage than it had. The branch manager Carlos don’t have any communication skills. He said he will keep us updated and he will personally inspect the vehicle but when it came to that he was on leave. Now the vehicle is still not fixed and they don’t even bother to try and sort it out. It’s pathetic with a capital P. We have not received any spare keys, our temporary permit has expired and as said before no communication from their side.
