Auto Pedigree needs a Negative Rating

Auto Pedigree is the most disappointing car dealership I have ever had to deal with. The service is utterly poor as well as the management. Even the head office is of no assistance. After we purchased the vehicle on the 23rd of March 2019, they informed us that we must wait 21 days before the car can be registered and after which we will also receive our spare key. After the 21 days, their excuses were that because of the public holidays it still can't be done. It has now already been 40 days and the car is still not registered. Head office is not even getting back to us. They also said that there was no petty cash for the COR and registration. The manager informed us that they actually have an account with the COR department. According to the manager, he was unaware that we were struggling with the registration of the car. When we received our statement, we noted that the premium is higher than what agreed upon or signed for. The financial institution advised that there is a warranty plan on the vehicle which was part of the documents we signed. At no stage were we advised of the extended warranty on the vehicle. It is a 2019 model car which had 500km on the clock when we bought it, for what reason would we take out an extended warranty that only comes in effect in February 2024 and that we have to start paying for now?

I contacted them again today and they said it will be done tomorrow, yet another excuse.
