Auto Pedigree N1 City

I purchased a Renault Kwid from your branch at N1 City and from the get go there was no transparency.

I asked for a copy of my contract and the Sales guy (Bradlley) sent me 2 different copies with two different installments. When I asked why the copies he sent weren't signed he basically said the signed copy is with the bank and if I wanted a signed copy I can print it out and sign it myself.

I went to get the car on the 3rd of December and the license plates were still not changed and I asked that they remove them. He then gave me a temporary permit which expires on the 24th of December 2018. I have heard nothing from N1 City Autopedigree nor Bradley. I messaged him and blatantly ignored my message.

I need for the registration to get sorted and I need transparency with my installement because the contracts that I have and the amount the bank confirmed are totally different.

I am really unsatisfied. The lack of competence and customer service is appaling. Bradley clearly knows nothing about his job and he is a ****.

I need answers ASAP!
