AUTO PEDIGREE BRACKENFELL, CAPE TOWN - BUNCH OF *****S

I purchased a vehicle from Auto Pedigree in March 2019 on 16 000 km. Upon signing the contract and having done a walk down i have informed the sales rep, Mr. Wayne Bennett of all the defects: 1. 15 000 km service proof not on vehicle. 2. Minor scratches and dents Eventually i drove the vehicle of the floor after all the formalities and en route home i notice: 1. Shudder on the steering wheel. 2. I phone Wayne Bennett immediately and informed him accordingly. He told me that he will let me know when i can bring the vehicle in. Nothing happened. 3. Upon reaching home and climbing out i see that the right front part of the bumper, connecting to the fender has popped out. 4. Again i phone him and inform him. 5. I also had a look at the reason for the shudder and found that the left front mag has is bent and therefore the balancing is out. There was one weight on the mag at the time. 6. Eventually he calls me to bring in the vehicle to attend to the issues. 7. I collect the vehicle and see that there is two brand new front tyres fitted. 8. I drive the vehicle from the shop again, shudder is still there. 9. Upon checking the mag again, i see this time there is 5 weights on the mag again, which proofs that the mag is bent or damaged (must have been some sort of minor accident or wrong turn). 10. The next day, the bumper pops out again and i find that it has been glued instead of clip inserted that must hold it together. 11. As part of our agreement when i left the vehicle for the repairs and or replacements, he informed me that he will have the vehicle serviced for its 30 000 km (vehicle was only on 27 000 km at the time). 12. Upon collecting the vehicle, he could not provide me with the proof of the service, to date still nothing. 13. Now the vehicle being on 40 000 km plus, it notifies me that my oil levels are to be filled up. No leakages whatsoever, but oil disappears. 14. I refer my matter to MIOSA, who took their own sweet time as well and eventually come to a conclusion that my case is not valid and outcome was in favour of the defendant. 14. This after there was still no proof of the 30 000 km and the fact that the vehicle is displaying 3 times to date to fill up oil levels.

I have now referred my matter to the NCC and will wait there resolve. I have also made contact with social platforms (newspapers, facebook, twitter etc to make this public and name and shame them. Please whatever you do, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM AUTO PEDIGREE BRACKENFELL, OLD PAARL ROAD, CAPE TOWN. You will be done in, just a bunch scrupulous dealers, wanting to make a quick buck. How do you live with yourself, *****ing from another family to feed your own with dirty money so to speak. I am extremely disgusted and disappointed in them and will not ever do business with them and or refer any person to them whatsoever. I hope you all rot in hell for this, may you have the worst of luck and business going forward.
