I bought a car last year September but the key was damaged and I was ensured I would get a new set of keys and a spare key as it is mandatory however that's not the case. Instead they've sent me up and down to Ford to get quotes for the keys but nothing from their side. I've called and spoke to the guy who assisted me and he keeps promising lies.
