Auto Pedigree... a bunch of ******... Beware!!!

I have received the worst kind of service ever from Auto Pedigree Boksburg Branch. I feel like they are ****** and the regional manager is in on this. I Bought a Hyundai I20 from them on the 28th of March and was told that the car would be in my possession on the 1st, latest 2nd of April 2019 and that the first installment for the car will come of my account on the 1st May. The car had many issues that had to be fixed, But I was told that it would be ready on the 1st. The car never came and I was never called or received any explanation as to why the car was not ready. I had to be the one calling everyday to ask what was happening. I Kept calling until the day I went to fetch the car on the 16th. The car still had unresolved problems. The rear left wheel had a slow puncture, the smash and grab had scratches,the rear reverse light was dim, the car was out of alignment which clearly indicated that the car did not go for an AA roadworthy test. I asked them to make the installment go through on the 1st of June because I did't have the car for half the month. I kept calling them and was just sent from pillar to post. I called the complaint department of Auto Pedigree and the sent the complain to the regional manager, twice and I was never called for any feedback. On the 30th of April 2019 I called the Regional Manager Mr Dirk Cronje and he told me that I will be collected on the 2nd of May to do a voice call to the bank. i asked why didn't he contact me and he gave a lame excuse that there was a miscommunication. All this feels like i'm being discriminated against because I'm black and they think i'm stupid. From the 16th till now (when i call) they tell me we going to make the phone call to the bank. I clearly know that the debit order is going off on the 1st of May . I've spent a lot of airtime on this and I didn't know that Auto Pedigree can treat me this bad. This whole experience is disturbing and I'm going to take to social media. This is **************... And I'm going to tell people exactly what kind of treatment they will get from Auto Pedigree especially if they are black... I'm going to expose them until people know exactly what they getting themselves in when they buy cars from Auto pedigree.
