Appalling Customer Service

Auto Pedigree's customer service is appalling to say the least. I get the impression they're not serious about business.

I made several queries about a particular vehicle that I wanted. The consultants at their head headquarters would call me and put me in touch with a sales person at a dealership. The sales persons would undertake to get back to me with more details regarding the vehicle, but never would.

Curiously, I then checked how they fared on Hellopeter and it's not surprising that they're failing customers.
