After Sales Service Excellence

I would like to commend, applaud and appreciate a Service Consultant by the name of Adriaal Senye from Auto Pedigree in Montana. Without knowing me previously or not being the salesperson who sold me my car; he went over and above in assisting me in resolving a clutch breakdown on the car I purchased over a year ago from the branch before I relocated; he connected me to my warranty cover insurers that I'd forgotten about, to assist with the authorisation for fixing it, ensuring it's done timeously and my car is back asap; he even offered to assist with a smooth trade-in process should I be interested.

He called to check up, send emails and find out more information on my behalf...his after sales care really helped and I was so relieved after all the help...I hope he doesn't stop this excellent service with me but does it for all other clients anywhere in the country. Thank you Adriaal!!
