After-sale service

I bought a Suzuki Swift KN 38 YK 2023 at Meadowdale Branch. I signed my contract on the end of February 2023 with Richard because he wanted his sale to fall for the month of February, the car was delivered on the 28 March 2023 at Nedbank Wynberg Alexandra. I have a ticket under my name for R400 the offence date was on the 12 March 2023 at Adams Tas Str/RD Boland Brandweer under Stellenbosch district.

I have communicated with Richard the sales Consultant and the branch Manager Thabiso they did agree that the offence was made by their driver. They said they will sort it out by transferring the fine but now when I try to communicate with them, I am being ignored.

I stay in Tshepisong, I have never travelled to Stellenbosch.
