Pathetic service

I am getting no responses from Automovers as to when my vehicle will leave their PE Depot to Jhb Depot. All I'm getting in their WhatsApp customer line are blue ticks and stories about a new employee not knowing the so-called "ropes".. This is extremely unprofessional and pathetic to say the least.. I've asked 2 important questions.. 1. When is my vehicle moving (date)?.. 2. When is my vehicle moving (date) again.. Blue ticks.. Utter disgusted.. No responses whatsoever
