I recently had my car shipped from Cape Town to Durban, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of fantastic! From the get-go, Shirley was my guiding light throughout the entire process. Her helpfulness and accessibility truly stood out; anytime I had a question or needed clarification, Shirley was just a call or message away. It's not often you come across someone so patient and dedicated to ensuring everything goes smoothly for their clients. She walked me through every step of the shipping process, making it easy to understand what to expect. Even while I'm away in Johannesburg and unable to pick up my car quickly from the Durban depot, Shirley has continued to keep me updated and informed. Her proactive communication made me feel valued and taken care of, which is a rarity these days. I highly recommend Shirley and the team for anyone considering shipping their car.

While transporting a new vehicle across provinces within a tight timeframe can be an anxiety-inducing experience, it was made completely seamless and reassuring by Shirley Shoba from the Auto Movers International team. Her commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and her willingness to accommodate tight schedules proved crucial in ensuring everything ran smoothly. Despite the narrow window she had to coordinate logistics across multiple third parties—along with my request for urgent collection and a 48-hour delivery—Shirley kept her finger on the pulse throughout. She was in constant communication with me, the driver, and the team at the collection point, checking in regularly until delivery and managing expectations every step of the way. She, and by extension Auto Movers International, delivers truly unmatched, reliable customer service that sets a standard in the industry.
