Frustration continues even with Dekra's report handed to them

Dear Hello Peter and readers. The saga is ongoing with no response from Auto King other than a promise to call back once the Directors have been met and advised. If I don't call, I am left in the dark as they seem to have no real sense of urgency. Perhaps they hope that the warranties and guarantees will lapse and they will then advise nothing can be done, Im not sure what to think. The car went to Dekra in Celie Road Tokai for a full mechanical check. They found the following : * Loose power steering cable * Tyres worn on the inner edge - Very bad- Dangerous * Car sold with run flat tyres as it does not come with a spare or puncture accessories - car sold to me with 3 run flats and 1 standard tyre, which will leave me stranded if a puncture is encountered. * Worn faulty from left shock - Dangerous * 2 very badly damaged rims- Damage on the inside not visible from the out side of the rim * When Auto King had the electric window fixed, they disconnected the front right speaker. * The Aircon Auto King had fitted , I was told by Eugene is a brand new one, the inspector advised its not and the noise coming from the motor is due to a bad pulley with worn bearing. * Wheel Alignment is out _ car was delivered this way. * Brakes are down to metal - Also a danger Car delivered this way * No jacking points - 3 Jacking points are missing * No lock nut to undo rims My frustration and panic grows, I really need advice and assistance from them. R 160 000.00 worth of problems is what I got for hard earned and saved money. Is this fair ???
