Dishonest ***** About Vehicles History.

I recently purchased a 2007 Lexus Is250 through AutoKing Milnerton.

Craig Lawrence informed that the vehicle had been serviced at 230 000kms and Fouzia Adams mentioned that they use AutoWorks for all their vehicles. I was also told by Craig that the next would only be at 250 000kms

Upon closer inspection I noticed that the service history gave no evidence of a service being carried out at 230 000kms. I have asked Fouzia and Craig repeatedly over the last week to please provide me with the the invoice for the service and work done and they ignore all my attempts at communication.

Rola Lexus Helderberg says the service should have been done at 225 000kms and also informed me that the 210 000km service wasn't fully carried out. Hayden at Rola Lexus also informed that the next service would actually be at 240 000kms and not 250 000 as stated by Craig. I am now sitting with a quote of close to R5000 in maintenance for a vehicle I have even had a month.

I have escalated my complaint to The Blue Chip Dealers Network that AutoKing are members of and no one has gotten back to me.

This is clearly a dealership that doesn't value true customer service and will cut corners to close the deal.
