Worse service ever

i hope this is the right company. Its the car dealership in Middelburg near the mall. My daughter wanted to buy a car. After being pushed for the insurance and that was sorted and paid. After two weeks no car. Everytime there is a different story she the wanted to fetch the car. Its being cleaned, a branch fell on it the car is at the panelbeater to be fixed, they tried to break in to it., u cant take the care the seats are wet. Please be patient everytime another excuse. Even the manager with empty promises. So after 2 weeks R1000 for insurance and thousands of phone calls she canceled the buy. I would love to hear what they have to say and maybe payback insurance for a car she didn't get.
