Worse service ever
i hope this is the right company. Its the car dealership in Middelburg near the mall. My daughter wanted to buy a car. After being pushed for the insurance and that was sorted and paid. After two weeks no car. Everytime there is a different story she the wanted to fetch the car. Its being cleaned, a branch fell on it the car is at the panelbeater to be fixed, they tried to break in to it., u cant take the care the seats are wet. Please be patient everytime another excuse. Even the manager with empty promises. So after 2 weeks R1000 for insurance and thousands of phone calls she canceled the buy. I would love to hear what they have to say and maybe payback insurance for a car she didn't get.

Worst dealership
Review Auto Investment is honestly one of the worst dealerships I’ve dealt with. They refuse to provide a proper quotation upfront, yet they want to proceed with the finance application and all the other processes first, saying you’ll only get the quote afterwards. That makes absolutely no sense to me. A customer should be able to see the full pricing and understand exactly what they’re committing to before any finance application is processed. The whole process screams 🚩🚩🚩. I personally would not recommend dealing with them.

Worst client service ever
I traded in my vehicle for a new vehicle on a Friday the 22nd of May 2026 , contracts were signed and we echanged the vehicles On the 28th of May 2026 the old vehilces debit order went off as it was suppose to be already settled , ive been struggling a whole month to get the refund but they told me the refund wil not be paid back This is the worst service i have ever received from any dealership

Heinrich Viviers is the best in the business this is my 4th vehicle and he has been the person that made it happen. Thanks to the entire Auto investment wonderboom, you guys are the best

Bad after service after buying a vehicle at Auto Investments in Middelburg Mp.I am so disappointed by this company..If I knew what I know now I would have never bought a car with them.I have my car for 2 and half months now.But still no Contract..I took the car back 6 times already and every time it comes back with the same problem.The back seat sensor is giving problems .The brake disc was damaged after they changed the tyre and never replaced.Still no spare key and sales contract untill now.I will not refer anyone to buy a vehicle by them .
