Unprofessional and Poor service

I advise all potential buyers to be very careful when dealing with Auto Investments. They make false promises and ignore you after the sale. I initially posted a review on Google and Facebook, but they asked me to take it down and they would address my concerns and problems. After many emails, where they confirmed that they were purchasing my extended warranty and service plan, nothing happened. They even sent me proof that it was registered, but it was old info. Weeks passed, and I tried to call Riaan Botma, the owner and dealer principle, but he never returned my calls. I just wanted to have an honest conversation about how we could resolve this. His PA assured me every time that she would get him to call me. I have all the emails showing their attempts to sort out the warranty and service plan, but it was all in vain. FYI - I also had major problems during the sale, such as no towbar, wrong towbar, missing spare keys and many false promises. In my opinion, they are unprofessional, don't care about their customers, and only care about the sales. Be warned! – I posted this review on centurion, because Riaan is based in Pretoria.
