Take your Vehicle for a proper check @ Wonder boom Branch. THey are selling Faulty cars and then you are stuck with the problem and are on your own to try and resolve it without assistance from the dealer. Would not recommend

I only picked one star for a review at the Wonder boom Branch because there is not an Option to not Select one. I Purchased a Vehicle there in September 2022. The Salesperson went out of his way to assist and accommodate me, and I was very happy with the Service I Got. Unfortunately, that is where it stopped. The Vehicle went back to them 3 Times for repairs. After the first repair when I got it back and there were still some defects, I took the Vehicle to the OEM just to find out that there are defects up to R 30 000 which most of it was supposed to be picked up by the "ROADWORTHY" they apparently did on the Vehicle. I received it back after the 3rd time it went back to them and then it Broke down again. I told them to fetch it (with a Truck or Rollback because it was not able to drive) and that I do not want it back. They then said I must look for another Vehicle to see if we can make a plan. Because the Vehicle was only Financed for 3 Months it was obvious that the Short Fall would be too big. Instead of attempting to assist me or even just do a Replacement deal, they wanted to make me a Deal whereas the Whole Short fall needed to be covered on the new Deal. Needless to say, it was difficult to get approval because of the High Shortfall. I eventually had to make a plan on my own and luckily there are dealers that will go out of their way to help. I could not wait for Auto Investment Wonder boom to make a Plan as I needed the Vehicle. It was clear that they did not actually want to help hence I had to take all the loss and the Shortfall had to be added on the new Vehicle causing me to pay way more than I should for the new Vehicle. According to me they need to Compensate me in some way, but I know that if I do not take this matter further nothing will happen from their side. Just a friendly word of advice. If you purchase a Vehicle, take it for a proper check before buying it.
