Shocking Incompetence and Zero Accountability

We purchased two vehicles from Auto Investments Group (Middelburg), and what followed has been the most frustrating and unprofessional experience we've ever endured.

Despite repeated follow-ups, we are still waiting on:

Proper licensing and registration (over 6 weeks later)

Refunds for out-of-pocket costs

Outstanding documents and proof of repairs

Any proof of the repairs done on a vehicle that was away for weeks - repairs done not to standard and sub-quality (spray can touch ups)

Communication is inconsistent, promises go unfulfilled, and we’ve had to chase them at every turn — sometimes being told one thing by one person and the complete opposite by another. The knock-on effects to our day-to-day operations have been real and costly.

We are now considering legal steps to resolve what has failed to be handled professionally. I would strongly urge other consumers to exercise extreme caution before doing business with this dealership.
