RUN!!! DON'T BE LIKE ME... RUN!!!

RUN!!! I would give 0 stars if I could... JUST RUN!!! Interesting that the Cork Avenue branch no longer has its business listed on Google - clearly too many negative reviews. The most TERRIBLE experience one can possibly imagine - even in your worst nightmare. I was sold a car with gearbox issues (Mitsubishi ASX). Even though it was reported to the dealer VERY early (day 1) - they refused to fix the issue. But of course, like any PRO-*******, they first make promises and string you along. The dealer even proposed I commit insurance ***** (claim from the warranty as if it was a NEW problem). The salesperson is a charlatan (Shane de ****). The finance person was useless (Melanie du Plessis). The owner was ABSOLUTELY USELESS (Ryan Botha) - he seemed shocked I even had a problem with the proposal for ***** to be committed, by his salesperson. It is clearly a REGULAR way of doing business for them. **********. He didn't even bother fami****ising himself with my case before coming to an eventual meeting (when I eventually decided to return the piece of **** they sold me). There are PLENTY of dealers out there. Go with people who value doing business LEGITIMATELY. This dealership is NOT AN HONEST DEALERSHIP. RUN!!! PS: If you have a problem with a car on day one, week one (or within a month). Just return the car - IMMEDIATELY. No matter how convincing the dealer sounds about how they will "take care of it".
