promised a canvas canopy but no delivery

About a month ago i bought a preowned Isuzu from auto investments in vanderbijlpark. With my first visit i saw the bakkie got a steel frame mounted at the back which indicates that this bakkie must have a canvas canopy. I was told by stefan the salesman that the isuzu comes with a canvas canopy. His exact words to me was that i get the bakkie with a canvas canopy. Apparently the previous owner will send it via courier as soon as his back from a conference. I have a witness to what was said. The day when i took delivery of the vehicle i made a note on the delivery paper that im awaiting delivery of the promised canvas canopy. Its now more then a month and stefan and theuns the dealer principal is denying they offered the bakkie with a canvas canopy. It makes me sick how dealerships can get away with lies and ****************.
