Poor poor poor service stay away from them
I checked on Auto-trader and found a black jeep srt8 from Auto investment Rustenburg i then sent a friend also from Rustenburg to check and test drive the car. He said was ok then we did all the paper. But on the day they were supposed to deliver the car Pierr from Auto investment Rustenburg sent me a WhatsApp letting me know that the car had shown an engine fault light when they were preparing it for delivery. He then said I could cancel the deal with them but it’ll take him 7 to 10 working days for him to do that and i said I wanted to cancel the deal with them since the car is still at their branch . I called Rezaan to help cancel the deal since they could not deliver what we agreed on but the response i got from her was she couldn’t help me and i asked her to channel me to the right person to do that for me she didn’t want to provide with their manager’s details. The treatment you get after you’ve signed the contract is bad these people disappear and not respond nr take your calls they just leave you hanging not knowing who to talk to because theygot what they wanted. People must stay away from Auto investment group poor poor service . I want the deal cancelled immediately because they could not deliver what we agreed on.

Further to the communication with our Rustenburg branch, when on Saturday 28 August the pre-delivery inspection was done in preparation for the delivery arranged for Sunday to accommodate your work schedule, the staff member advised management of the engine light that came on. Due to the fact that you were in Mpumalanga, our staff immediately offered you the option to not proceed with the transaction and that the contract signed on 26 August would be cancelled and a timeline of 7 to 10 working days lead time was communicated. Phillip discussed and confirmed this with you again subsequently. We wish to clarify that this is regrettably because of due process with the Bank in question. Once we have written confirmation that it is cancelled, proof will be supp**** to you. You will not be liable for any cost in this cancellation nor has any cost been incurred by you.
We regret that the transaction could not be concluded however I do believe the fact that the team immediately offered you the option to not take delivery and cancel was beyond reproach.
