DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

My experience with this company has been terrible. They have no moral or ethical conscience, and I would STRONGLY DSICOURAGE any customers from doing any business with this organization. Auto Investments in Wonderboom (AI) are fully prepared to roll vehicles off the showroom floor that are blatantly and materially defective. To the extent that the safety of buyers is placed at risk. Within the first 30 minutes of driving the vehicle, it was pulling to the one side and shuddering. I pulled into Supaquick, and after placing the vehicle onto the wheel calibration device, they discovered that 3 of the 4 wheels/rims were completely buckled. They discovered new wheel balancers on the wheels before they fixed the rims. Supaquick also advised that the aircon needed to be re-gassed. I gave Supaquick the go ahead to repair the rims and re-gas the aircon. After I fetched the car from Supaquick, and drove 15km down the road, the overheating warning lights came on. Video and photo footage of the problem were sent to AI. I took the vehicle directly to Volvo to assess, and was given a quote to sort the car out. AI agreed to refund me for the rims and the aircon re-gas, but refused point blank to refund me the cost to sort the overheating out with genuine Volvo parts, insisting that I should send the vehicle back to them to repair in their workshop. After the experience so far, as well as reading some unsavory reviews on Hello Peter about substandard repair work and selling of substandard vehicles to unsuspecting consumers, my trust in AI was completely destroyed, and I felt it prudent to not allow AI to repair the vehicle, and to rather use a reputable company like Volvo to assess, diagnose and repair the vehicle using genuine parts, to give us peace of mind. The way in which AI have handled this deal is nothing short of scandalous. The vehicle only clocked up 25 km since I took delivery 2 months ago, and I am now vigorously pursuing legal action to recover my costs, which are now exceeding R40 000.00. Apart from the mechanical problems I have encountered with the vehicle, I also encountered AI trying to change the price after it was agreed and trying to manipulate the finance rate after I accepted the finance quote. STAY AWAY!!!!
