Desperate and ********* sale

I purchased a vehicle from Auto Investments in Vanderbijlpark in January 2016.<br> The license expired on 31.01.2016 & when enquiring about how I go about re-registering the vehicle in my home province, was when I was informed of the fact that this vehicle had been sold to me without the relevant NaTIS document. The previous dealership (who AI have a relationship with) never did the necessaries to obtain this document & so, I have been sold a car on HP which is still registered to the previous owner.<br> Since finding all of this out and requesting a cancellation - the respective people have scurried around to get the documentation in place completely IGNORING my request to cancel and doing everything possible to buy themselves time.<br> Wesbank and Auto Investments are to blame here and neither of them are willing to assist me with the cancellation.<br> When I asked the Webank rep how finance was paid out without the NaTIS document, I was told \because we have a very good relationship with the dealership\". And when AI was asked how they could sell a car without the document, the answer was \"you know how people are, if you take too long they'll buy a car somewhere else\".<br> Shameless!!"
