Bought Faulty Car from Dealer

I bought a Ford Ecosport Titanium from Auto Investment Polokwane in June. The car was delivered and i collected it on the 25th June. Later in the evening, i realised the driver s window get stuck when closing it. i saw a gap on the driver's side of the dashboard. I called Polokwane Auto and was advise to take it to the nearest Ford dealership. and this is the report received;

Please note that 1 of my Qualified Technicians, My Foreman as well as my Panel Beater has all checked the vehicle thoroughly and the bottom is everything we found. *Overspray Marks on Engine *Headlamp Bolts Loose *Paint Run on Right Rear Door Floor Sil *Right Front Panel Covers not Clipping in properly (Must have been previously removed)

*Right Front Pillar Trim on Dash not clipping in properly

*Bonnet and Front Bumper Sprayed

*Overspray Marks on Aircon and Radiator

Please note that the Front Brake Pads need to be replaced and the Front Discs need to be Skimmed which will be R3201.50uncl. VAT "Please advise if we may proceed with the Brakes and advise what you would like us to do about the rest. Auto Investment paid for the brakes. Today as we speak i dont have a car as it is still at ford dealership,, a week after the brakes full clucth died and Tiaan Minnar from Auto Investements Polokwane s taking his time to get me a car as i cannot drive that Eceosport any longer. i have given suggestions and my second instalment is on the 28th. I reported the matter to Ford SA as i have 2 Ford Dealership with 2 different report. i need this to be rosolved.
