Bad services and communication

12 April 2022- I went to Auto Investment Middelburg to purchase to vehicles. a Toyota Fortuner and a Suzuki I was assisted by Quinton 13 aApril 2022 - I went back to the dealership and Quinton was not around so I spoke to Gerrie Fourie. I requested a better price on the vehicles as I was going to buy both cash. Quinton then gave me a price which I was happy with and accepted. I then requested that both vehicles are to be serviced. Quinton requested that I pay a deposit of R2000 and once the transaction went through it would be deducted from the original price payable. 30 April 2022, Mr Fourie and myself went Capitec Middelburg to complete the payment transaction, Mr Fourie did all the talking at the bank. 3 May 2022. Both the vehicles was taken for their roadworthy testes and ONLY on the 4th August 2022 were they registered. I took ownership of both vehicles and was not supp**** the licences. I then had to redo the roadworthy on both and cost me a further R1200 as the originals were cancelled due to late registration. I requested Auto Investment to refund me the original R2000 of the dep which was not deducted and the R1200 for the roadworthy that I had to redo. which to date I have still not received. I have escalated this problem up to the DP Riaan who informed me that he would investigate and to date I have still not hear anything from him. Regards Mr CJ Potgieter. contact nr.; ***
