Ford Ranger Purchased Sept'21

• September 2021 – collected from Auto Investments Gauteng after purchase

• Next Day the Ford’s Fanbelt came off in Rustenburg and bakkie had to towed in for repairs at Auto Investments.

• Received a replacement vehicle and waited roughly 2 weeks for bakkie to be fixed returned to us.

• 18/10 – Roadside Breakdown less than a month after delivery. Upon towing the Ford it had been reported that the Engen blew.

• Auto Investments opted to repair the engine themselves in Centurion and collected the vehicle.

• We had to arrange a loan vehicle ourselves for over a month due to Engen repairs by Auto investments.

When the Ford was returned to us – the entire Aircon/Heater unit was still not functioning, and it had a faulty alternator which we had to repair through the warranty. After engine repairs the Ford started going into limp mode and various other issues surfaced. We reported these faults/problems to the salesman on multiple occasions, and after no response or assistance he escalated his concerns to the Dealer Principal of Auto Investments in June of 2002 . The DP referred me to the director of the company that made up a few excuses but is currently ignoring all our communication.
