********** at Auto Paarl Investments

I purchased a Haval H6 with Auto Investments Paarl in November 2023, my experience with it and the support has been nothing short of **********. A week after the purchase the car couldn't start and I had to call a break down to kick start it two times, I gave it the benefit of a doubt since it wasn't a new purchase, it turned out that the battery is completely faulty and i took it in and it was supposedly fixed, shortly after I started noticing a trend every time I went to the fuel station and ask them to check the oil it was always empty and the car gave no low oil indication, at that point i shouldn't even have worried about the oil but did it out of habit, I monitored this and it got as bad as weekly I would have to put in oil, the car gave an engen light warning, AVH failure, e-handbrake system failure, AHS failure amongst other warnings and I called a break down and took the car to the nearest Haval dealership N1 City, they supposedly fixed the issue and just two weeks after the same engen light reappeared and the car started making a horrible sound, i took it to the same dealership that had supposedly fixed the issue and they told me that the engen is completely faulty and needs to be replaced.

I have had this car for only 6 months to have experienced such problem, having reached out to the dealership I bought it from (Auto Investments Paarl) for an intervention, I was told the car would be picked up from the N1 City dealership the past Monday, till date I have not received any update and the car is still sitting with the neighboring dealership. My messages are being ignored at this point and no initiative is coming from the dealership i bought it from. I have probably driven this car for only 3 months worth of driving and half the time its been standing because of various faults.

At this point I am convinced i was sold a faulty vehicle deliberately and have been ********** completely. I have no choice but to involve the bank and Ombudsman, this is completely absurd! I pay exorbitant installments for such a service, I have now spent three weeks again without a vehicle which affects the quality of my working life whose purpose I bought this for. To make matters worse, the N1 city dealership is asking me to pay for "diagnosing" the car, no intervention whatsoever from Paarl Auto Investments.
