Took my car for a retain job as it had mixed water and oil for the second time in less than 2 months. I requested for the car to come back as i could not afford the money they requested the second time. Up on car being delivered by tow truck at home i noticed all engine parts were packed in the boot. My brand new battery was was missing and my jack as well. I asked the owner and he told me that he kept it in his office and won't be getting it back until we discuss payment for them stripping the car, keeping it with them etc. Yet i had paid R13 000 cash on their previous job which didn't last for 2months and i had to take the car back to them they are unfairly ridiculous.
