Poor service
I've been a customer, and they've been fixing my vehicle for the past seven months. The service is very unprofessional. Even the vehicle they gave me to use, windows not working, tires worn out, poor communication. Had to phone them 10 times to get back to me . Auto guard Pietermaritzburg Greyling street.

Poor service

Extremely Unhappy and Disappointed customer
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Auto Guard @ Boom street and Greyling in Pietermaritzburg. Despite being a regular customer and consistently communicating with Thembelani, my recent experience was marred by unprofessionalism and a lack of communication. I was told my steering rack would be replaced, but when I took my car for new tires, the technician discovered the old steering rack was still in place. When I confronted Auto Guard, they claimed to have no record of the steering rack replacement or insurance claim. To make matters worse, they kept my car for 2 days without any updates and failed to provide me with an invoice for the supposed work done. The lack of transparency and accountability is alarming. I would advise potential customers to be cautious and ensure they receive clear communication and documentation for any work done. They seriously should look,sort,n work on these 3 factors which honestly are disappointing. 1.Poor Communication : No updates on the status of my car or the work being done 2.Lack of Transparency : No invoice provided for the work done, and no record of the steering rack replacement or insurance claim 3.Unprofessional Service : Failure to deliver on promised services and no clear explanation for the discrepancies, the only response I got was to phone at Greyling workshop with my own airtime and get feedback from them. Not even one employee from Auto Guard until now has tried to rectify their mess or give proper explanation that will make sense to me.
