Pathetic service

My car was booked in for a major service yesterday. Auto Guard only paid for a portion of it. Nowhere on my policy does it state a cap on any service and apparently my fuel filter could not be changed as it is in the tank and my policy does not cover for this, whose fault is it that Auto guard quoted incorrectly, i provided accurate description of my vehicle. Now they refuse to cover. Pathetic service. When you signing up you receive a call everyday till you sign, after that they want to be keyboard ninjas and email you, cause everyone is to busy
