Extremely Disappointing Service Experience.

I regret to say that my recent experience at Auto Guard on Greyling, Pietermaritzburg was nothing short of a nightmare. I brought in my car for a key barrel issue, and not only did they fail to fix it, but they also caused additional damage to my vehicle. The incompetence of the technicians led to a broken board beneath the steering column and a malfunctioning gear shifter, leaving my car in worse condition than when I brought it in.

Attempts to address these issues with the management have been met with little concern or effort to rectify the situation. As a result, I am left with no choice but to seek legal action to resolve the matter.

I strongly advise anyone considering using Auto Guard to look elsewhere for their automotive needs. This level of negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable.
